| How do I know if a record
or CD is in stock? |
| All titles listed are in stock, and our
new release and back catalogue is updated every couple of days to
ensure they are as as accurate as possible. Occasionally a record
may go out of stock before a page is updated - if this occurs, we
will e-mail you to notify you of the unavailable item, and you will
not be charged for it. |

| Do you deliver to my Country? |
| YES! We deliver parcels all over the globe
via Royal Mail UK. We also offer UK deliveries by DHL Courier for
only £5.00 for up to 100 records. |

| How much is postage? |
| The Hard Store subsidise the postage cost
and this makes us one of the cheapest mail order companies around.

| Simply collate the items you want in our
basket and checkout following the online instructions. We accept all
major credit & debit cards plus other means of payment. |

| How long do you take to
despatch an order? |
| All orders received by 5pm
are despatched on the same day. Orders received after this time are
despatched within 24 hours. |

| If I order from
outside the UK, will I pay customs charges? |
| If you are ordering from within
EU Europe, you will pay no customs charges. Most other countries allow
small packages to be delivered without charge, but some charge customs
duty - please contact your national customs office regarding this
subject, as the customer (not The Hard Store) is always liable for
any such charges. However, even in these countries, it is possible
to avoid customs taxes by ensuring that the value of the package is
less than the local tax threshold. |

| How long will
my order take to arrive? |
Depending on your location,
orders take varying times to arrive. Average delivery times are as
follows:
UK: 1-2 days
Europe (EU): 4-8 days
Europe (non-EU): 6-14 days
Rest of the world: 6-14 days |

| What if I receive
a faulty record or CD? |
| We will replace any faulty
item free of charge. Please contact us via our sales@thehardstore.com.
We will require you to return the faulty item(s), but you will be
reimbursed for your return postage. Please do not return faulty items
to us without contacting us first. |

| I am ordering
from outside the UK and have received only part of my order - why
is this? |
| Due to UK Post Office weight
limits, we sometimes split larger orders (8 items or more) into separate
packages. Often they will arrive simultaneously, but sometimes the
second package will arrive a few days later. If the order is split
in this way, we mark the invoice "Parcel 1 Of 2" to show that the
order has been split. |

| Can I add items
to an order I have already placed? |
| As we despatch orders very
quickly, unfortunately it is not possible to add to an existing order.
If you require further items, you must place a new order via the shopping
cart. |

| Is your website
safe & secure with my personal details? |
| YES. We use an encrypted shopping
server online to ensure all the details transmitted within our secure
area are safe & sound. We do not disclose any personal information
to anyone else. |

| Can you deliver
to my work address or Friends house? |
| YES! Although we will need
your registered card address to verify the card. This service is subject
to authorisation & sometimes we can only deliver to the card address
not any other. We will let you know by e-mail of any problems. |

| Do you deliver
for the next day? |
| Royal Mail endeviour to deliver
95% of all parcels by first class mail the next working day. The DHL
Courier service is a next day service but this is also not guaranteed.
If you need your records urgently you can use Royal Mail specials
delivery which will be £2.00 on top of the normal Royal Mail postage! |

you have received my order? |
