Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition and on their backing sheet.

How to return
Email hello@unitmerchandise.com with your order number, then post the item to:
Unit Merchandise, 7 Peerglow Centre, Marsh Lane, Ware, Hertfordshire, SG12 9QL, United Kingdom.
Return postage is paid by the buyer; please use a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Items we cannot accept back
Personalised and made-to-measure items (made with your name, photo, logo or exact size) cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described. Digital downloads cannot be returned once downloaded.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace the item or refund you in full, including postage.

Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 working days of the item reaching us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
