Shipping policy

Dispatch
Every item is printed to order in our workshop in Ware, Hertfordshire. Most orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Personalised and made-to-measure items can take up to 2 extra working days, as we check your details before printing. If we need anything from you, we will email you.

UK delivery
- Free UK delivery on every order: Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
- Express delivery: £6.99, choose it at checkout.
All UK orders are tracked, and you will get a tracking link by email when your order is sent.

International delivery
- European Union: £17.50 per order.
- United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates: £27.50 per order.
International orders usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days after dispatch. Import duties, taxes and customs charges set by the destination country are not included in our prices and are paid by the buyer on delivery.

Packaging
Smaller items are sent flat in a card-backed envelope. Large items are sent rolled in a strong postal tube to protect them.

Problems with delivery
If your order arrives damaged, or has not arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), email hello@unitmerchandise.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will replace it or refund you.
