Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed on unitmerchandise.com. The website is operated by Unit Merchandise, 7 Peerglow Centre, Marsh Lane, Ware, Hertfordshire, SG12 9QL, United Kingdom (email hello@unitmerchandise.com, phone +44 1920 633123).

1. Orders
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is listed at an obviously wrong price; if so, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

2. Products
Our products are printed to order. We show each product as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on screen than in print. Sizes are given in the product options. Window clings are designed for smooth glass; wall stickers for smooth, clean, painted walls.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. UK standard delivery is free; other delivery options and international delivery are charged as shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Delivery
Delivery is described in our shipping policy. Most items are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

5. Personalised and made-to-measure items
For personalised items we print the text, images and sizes you provide. Please check them carefully before ordering. You confirm you have the right to use any image, logo or text you send us, and we may refuse content that is offensive or infringes someone else's rights.

6. Cancellations and returns
You can cancel and return standard items as set out in our refund policy, which gives you 60 days from delivery. Under UK law, personalised and made-to-measure items cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless they are faulty or not as described.

7. Faulty items
If an item is damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Your information
We use your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
